We reserve the right to store information regarding the customer in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not disclose any information about any individual without the individual’s consent, except to comply with applicable law or valid legal processes.

We will endeavour to ensure that the descriptions and specifications in relation to the products on its website are accurate. However, photos, drawings, illustrations, dimensions, weights and any other particulars accompanying, associated with or given in descriptive literature are approximate only and, therefore we do not guarantee that those descriptions and specification are accurate or free from errors or omissions.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order by us, nor does it constitute an acknowledgement of our sales offer. Online Depot reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reasons. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the order details provided are correct, all orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, we may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Onlinedepot.com.au shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving a reason. After an order has been cancelled, we will make every reasonable attempt to contact you using the details provided. All payments received will be refunded.

All delivery timescales are estimates only and are regularly provided to us by our Couriers. Therefore all deliveries may be subject to postal delays and other reasons beyond our control. We do not warrant or make any representation that the order will be delivered by the requested delivery date or within the times indicated. Online Depot is not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of or in connection with late deliveries.

All claims for damage/theft must be filed with Online Depot; If goods received seem to have damaged packaging, do not open any original packaging or use the item as it will be deemed as an acceptance of goods and will not be accepted for returns. All original boxes and packing material must be returned to us for proof of evidence. All claims for shortages/incorrect shipment/incorrect billing must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods; The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a defective.

All prices quoted on the website are inclusive of GST, and are subject to change without any prior notice.

All products sold by Online Depot carry a full manufacturer warranty. We will process all warranty claims with the manufacturer on behalf of customers unless the manufacturer has a direct warranty option to the customer. Any product returned for a warranty claim, depending on its age and availability, will generally be repaired, replaced with new or refurbished, upgraded or refunded by the manufacturers. Within ACCC guidelines for the refund of goods under warranty, if the goods returned have had a fair amount of use, Online Depot is allowed to offer partial refund or replacement only based on the remaining warranty period based on the original invoice.

Any product sold by Online Depot is meant to be professionally installed; improper installation is not covered under warranty. Please get a professional assistance if required, to avoid paying any unnecessary cost for replacement or repair.

All change of mind returns are subject to Online Depot’s inspection & final approval.
